Changes to payment terms
The Ministry of Justice and Capita Translation and Interpreting have reviewed the Framework Agreement contract following its first year of operation. Request to interpreters for information regarding live jobs
Cancellations: If you can no longer attend an interpreting job that you have had assigned to you, please call us on 0333 111 0060 to inform a member of the team.
If you cannot get through for any reason, email linguistrelations@capita-ti.com with this information but please be aware that this inbox is not monitored 24 hours a day, hence the request to telephone us.
Extended trials: In some cases you will be booked for two days for a trial. If you are made aware that the trial is going to be extended into additional days then please call us on 0333 111 0060 to inform Capita so that that the booking can be extended. This means that there won’t be any confusion around your payments for these jobs in the future.
